Plantation ERP · from estate to head office

From the first bunch harvested to the last line of your P&L.

PalmSuite puts the field office, the mill floor and the finance team on one system. Harvests, weighbridge tickets, stock, payroll and invoices are recorded once — and reach the general ledger without anyone re-typing them.

Where time and margin leak

Plantations rarely lack data. They lack one place to keep it.

Every estate, mill and department holds its own version of the numbers. Month-end becomes an exercise in stitching them back together.

  1. 01

The field still runs on paper

Work assignments, roll calls and harvest tallies are written in a book, carried to the estate office and typed in a second time.

  2. 02

Fruit numbers that don't add up

Harvest records, weighbridge tickets and mill intake are compared by hand — if anyone compares them at all.

  3. 03

    One tool per department

Procurement, the warehouse, HR and accounting each keep separate records that have to be reconciled against each other.

  4. 04

    Closing takes weeks, not days

Journals are rebuilt from operational reports, so cost per hectare and cost per ton arrive long after decisions were needed.

  5. 05

Payroll and tax live in spreadsheets

Allowances, PPh 21, BPJS, VAT and withholding are worked out outside the books and checked line by line.

  6. 06

    Head office sees the past

Group performance is only visible once every unit has sent its report — by which time the month is already over.

How PalmSuite works

Record it once. Use it everywhere.

Each user signs in to a workspace — their working location and the open accounting period — and sees only the modules their role needs. Everything they enter feeds stock, cost and the ledger automatically.

  1. 01

Enter it where the work happens

Field clerks at the estate office, weighbridge clerks at the mill, technicians in the workshop, buyers at their desk.

  2. 02

    Let the ledger follow

Receipts, issues, payroll and sales produce their journals by themselves, posted to the right company, location and period.

  3. 03

    Read the business, not spreadsheets

Cost per hectare, cost per ton, OER and KER, tax and financial statements come straight from the same records.

Module map

Pick a unit. See the modules it runs on.

PalmSuite is organised in five layers, from the block to the boardroom. Users only get the modules their role and working location need — general ledger, payables, cash & bank, inventory, purchasing and more — and every one of them posts to the same ledger.

How it flows

Follow one load of fruit all the way to the balance sheet.

Nobody hands a spreadsheet to the next team. Each step passes its data forward, and the ledger keeps up as the work is done.

  1. 01 · Estate

    Harvest in the block

Field work, attendance and harvest are recorded per block at the estate. Labour and materials land on that block's cost centre.

Cost per ha · crop per block

  2. 02 · Transport

    Transport & weighbridge

Each truckload is weighed on arrival and its ticket is linked to the estate and transport it came from — no re-typing.

    Every load on record

  3. 03 · Mill / PKS

    Processing

Throughput, CPO and kernel output, OER, KER and downtime are logged per shift; maintenance and parts are costed.

Cost per ton · OER / KER

  4. 04 · Bulking

    Storage & despatch

Tank stock and quality samples are tracked to the port, and each despatch draws down a sales contract.

    CPO & kernel stock

  5. 05 · Sales

    Contract to cash

Delivery orders and weighbridge tickets become invoices; receivables are followed per company and currency.

    Revenue · AR ageing

  6. 06 · Head Office

    Books & reports

Journals from every module meet in the general ledger, ready for tax reports, statements and dashboards.

    P&L · balance sheet · tax

Why PalmSuite

Made for the realities of Indonesian plantations.

Not a generic ERP with a palm oil label. The workflows, reports and controls start from how estates, mills and head offices actually run.

  • Plantation logic built in

Blocks, divisions, mandor teams, TPH, weighbridge, OER and KER are part of the system — not custom fields added later.

  • Control by location and period

Users work inside a chosen location and accounting period; module access follows their role, and closed periods stay closed.

  • Multi-currency

Buy in USD, cost in IDR — across every module.

  • Works with your devices

Fingerprint scanners, SMS gateways, phones, tablets and desktops feed the same records.

  • Payroll in the same package

Attendance, overtime, allowances and deductions are calculated where the rest of your data lives.

  • Tax and reports from the source

VAT, withholding and PPh computed from transactions; statements adjustable to your reporting format.

  • A team that knows sawit

More than two decades of palm oil industry experience behind the design and every implementation.

FAQ

What directors and finance teams usually ask first.

Talk to a Consultant
Which parts of the business does PalmSuite cover?

All four operating units — estate, mill (PKS), bulking and head office. That includes nursery, upkeep, harvest, weighbridge, processing, maintenance, purchasing, inventory, sales, HR and payroll, accounting, tax and management dashboards.

We run several companies, estates and mills. Does that work?

Yes — that is the setup PalmSuite is built for. Each company and location keeps its own records, and head office sees them together. Transactions can be in different currencies, such as USD purchases with IDR costing.

How do you control who sees and changes what?

Users sign in to a workspace: a working location and an accounting period. The modules available depend on their role and location, and periods that finance has closed cannot be posted into.

How are attendance, payroll and accounting connected?

Attendance comes in from fingerprint, iris or mobile devices. Payroll calculates allowances, deductions, PPh 21 and BPJS, and on approval the payroll journal is posted to the general ledger.

Can PalmSuite follow our own SOP and report formats?

Workflows can be configured, financial reports adjusted, and company-specific modules developed. We agree the scope with you before implementation starts.

What about implementation time, hosting and pricing?

They depend on the number of companies, locations, modules and users, and on your infrastructure. In a consultation we look at your situation and propose a plan.
